Innovation provides unique system.

Borga building system basically consists of four unique key products that together form a well-planned base for a modern hall building.

Borga Frames^TM- prefabricated steel constructions

Borga’s unique frame is designed in collaboration with Chalmers University in Gothenburg. Its trapets corrugated web gives a personal character to the building. Color can be chosen freely from the RAL / NCS scale.

Borga Foundations^TM - prefabricated concrete

Borga’s prefabricated foundation also includes different base components. The foundations, which are produced in Sweden, are made of concrete and specially designed to take up loads from the building as well as beeing support for the edge beams. The design provides a coldbridge barrier which gives a considerable saving in heated buildings. Installation usually is completed in just one day.

Borga Beams^TM– prefabricated light beam

Dimensions: 120, 150, 200 mm.
Beams are delivered with pre-punched holes and is ready to mount. Special profiles are produced on request.

Borga Sheets^TM- all kind of steel coverings

Since 1973, Borga has produced roof and wall profiles. We have no less than 11 different profiles in our current collection and we are constantly developing to meet the market’s demand for modern finishings. Our profiles are available in a wide range of standard colors. Borga Beams^TM The galvanized lightbeams are mainly used as roof purlins and wall rafters and are delivered to the worksite with dimensions adapted for the project, or according to your wishes. The light beam comes with ready punched holes for a quick installation. Borga mainly manufactures two different kinds of profiles, C-, Z- and, if necessary, also various special profiles.

Finishings and colors

Our wall and roof plates are coated with a layer of zinc, coated with primer and a top layer of a polyester paintsystem. Our profiles are available in several standard colors.

Many colors in the RAL / NCS-scale can be supplied by special order.

DropStop – binds condensation

Roof profiles can be supplemented by Borga DropStop, in non-insulated halls; a moisture-absorbing layer preventing any eventual condensation dripping down into the underlying
spaces. Borga DropStop is attached to the underside of the sheets prior to delivery.
